Abstract and info submission for oral presentations:
Starting with GradStar 2025, the oral presentations will be in the form of a journal paper session. In this session, the journal papers published in 2023 and 2024 (including early access) with at least one of the authors being a graduate student from our department will be presented.
An author of a published journal paper interested in presenting it at the GradStar 2025 must upload the full paper, in addition to the paper’s abstract, to the following online submission site:

Please note: The author must follow the steps on the submission site and upload the full paper in addition to the abstract. This is for the committee’s use only. The full paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
Abstract submission for poster presentations:
You will be asked to submit two files in PDF format to this application:
- The abstract: Instructions for preparing the abstract are available in the abstract template in Word document format. You need to convert this file to a PDF document before submission.
- The advisor approval form: This form will be signed by your advisor. It will be uploaded as part of the abstract submission (also in PDF format).
